I am dedicated to helping women achieve optimal health by balancing hormones, managing weight, and regaining control of their well-being. After becoming a registered dietitian in 2010 and earning a master’s degree in healthcare administration, I witnessed firsthand the profound effects of hormonal imbalances and lifestyle factors on women's overall well-being. In 2023, I embarked on a transformative journey by significantly reducing and ultimately eliminating my alcohol intake, leading to improved hormonal balance, weight management, gut health, and enhanced sleep quality.
My mission is to inspire others who are sober curious to improve their health through nutrition and a change in alcohol intake.. I take a holistic approach, focusing on real, nourishing foods and mindful eating, helping women navigate various health challenges like perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. Together, we will create a personalized plan that promotes long-term well-being, allowing every woman to feel her best without restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions.Â
