My personalized nutrition plans and counseling aim to help women heal their relationship with food and their body During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with me, registered dietitian, to develop a healthier and more balanced approach to eating.

If you have been diagnosed with or struggle with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, diabetes, binge eating disorder, gastrointestinal discomfort, or PCOS I can provide customized solutions to support your health goals. I will work closely with you to create a personalized meal plan that allows you to enjoy the foods you love while also helping to improve your overall health and manage your symptoms.

1-hour session $135

Single Session, with 1 week of food intake review

Best for

Individuals wanting a detailed review of what their current intake is (4-6 day in-depth nutrient and gut health review), with recommendations.

 

Up to 1-hour session $155

2 Sessions with Personalized Nutrition/Meal Plan

Best for

Those who require minor adjustments to their eating habits, but with a comprehensive, detailed personalized meal plan).

 

Up to 1-hour session + up to 30-minute meal planning session and a comprehensive personalized nutrition/meal plan. $260
